What do you have to do when receiving a package?

All our articles come out of the warehouse in perfect condition.

The first thing you need to do is check if the number of packages you receive matches the packages shipped. The second thing is to check the outside of each package carefully for the purpose of finding signs of being hit or handled, such as blows, scratches, holes, bad looking boxes, courier companies' seals, or any other sign that makes you suspect that the merchandise might be damaged. It is mandatory to sign on the delivery order of the driver or courier, on paper or on digital PDA "PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED" if these signs are present. If you do not check a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then show pictures that show that there are visible signs of damage, the incident will be declined by default.

What can I do in case of an incident? (Transport Damage, Wrong Product, Missing Any Products, Missing Pieces)

To report an incident after receiving your order, you will need to provide all requested documents as requested. Sending incorrect or missing documents will nullify the possibility of any claim and will involve the cancellation of the incident.

You will need to give a clear explanation in as much detail as possible on the return form. You will need to add the requested images of the object in the complaint electronically by email.

How do you return the products with manufacturing defects back to markormarket.com?

You will need to prepare the package in optimal conditions. Keep in mind that the original packaging of the products will need to reach us intact, without stickers and without damage. Therefore, it is recommended to strengthen the cardboard boxes and seal them.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover under any circumstances wear or misuse. In the case of damaged packaging or shipping labels, 100% of the value of the product will not be returned. Therefore, it is important to reinforce with another cardboard box the merchandise that you return to avoid damaging the product.

Upon receiving the products, markormaket.com will review each of them and after checking them, replace or refund, as the case may be. Payments will be made to your account. The verification process and the reimbursement of the products may take several weeks after we receive it in our warehouse.

Return right in 14 days, according to OUG 34/2014

The return of an order is made by courier to the supplier's address.

The product must be free from wear, misuse and must be returned in its original packaging.

The cost of returning and / or replacing the product will be borne by supplier only if the delivered product is faulty or it is not the one ordered. Otherwise, the transport costs will be borne by the customer.

In which cases will markormarket.com not refund 100% of the product’s value?

If the product shows clear signs of improper use, undue damage or is delivered in poor conditions;

If the product is returned without packaging, damaged packaging or shipping labels that make for an unusable packaging - 50% of the value of the product will be refunded;

If the product is returned with missing components or accessories, or if the description of the incident is not real.

When is the money refunded?

Upon receiving the merchandise in our warehouses and after checking its status, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the customer's account. Keep in mind that the refund process may take several weeks in order to assess the received goods

What happens if the customer does not collect an order?

When an order is not picked up by the recipient, it returns to our warehouse. Once in the warehouse, the order will be automatically canceled and the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Shipment of the order and its return to the warehouse involves transportation costs, which must be paid by the person or company that placed the order. As a result, you will receive a payment request corresponding to the return of the order, in the event that the payment for transport and handling of the return is not made, we reserve the right to retain the value of the order. If the order value does not fully cover the return costs of the order, you will receive a claim for the remaining cost.

How long is the warranty period?

What is not included in warranty?

Malfunctions caused by negligence, blows, misuse, alteration, incorrect installation or tension, or wear, are not included.

For computers, the warranty does not cover removal of viruses and recovery of programs or data indifferent to the cause, or reinstallation of operating systems after formatting.

The warranty will be void:

If any detail of the warranty or proof of purchase is modified, changed or replaced.

The warranty product identification number is altered or the product is repaired without prior approval from the Technical Service.
